At H and L Condo Services, our services include an extensive internet presence, professional marketing, and state-of-the-art website. We also invest heavily in SEO for organic traffic, social media and email campaigns.
Our brand is established and we have great success marketing to repeat customers. We normally have sufficient bookings to ensure your condo is rented for the entire summer season. We also encourage, assist and guide you, if you are making efforts to find your own rentals. We do not charge a fee for looking after your guests, who are also most welcome to check in with one of staff personally on site, receive directions, keys to your property, and a tour of the property. In addition, H and L Condo Services also assist in acquire long-term rentals for the off-seasons.

We are the only vacation rental management company in Kelowna that not only manages your property when it is ready but can facilitate all renovations and furnishings from the moment you purchase the property. Saving you the hassle of talking to vendors, renovation specialists and other service company while ensuring that your condo or home is furnished tastefully and immaculately within any budget.
We are dedicated to condo owners and do not have unreasonable fees. We offer detailed documentation, transparency and tax return assistance. Bills received for your property are paid promptly and invoiced to you on a monthly statement. These amounts are often offset by rental income received with any surplus funds paid to you as required. Detailed inventory of each suite is conducted at the start of of the contract and on a continuous basis throughout our management.
No Long Term Contracts
Contracts are per year with renewals each year giving owners the opportunity to terminate our management at any time without penalty, with a 30 day written notice.
